About the Role
We are looking for a program manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with external parties and volunteers to arrange fairs and festivals for IJSPA. Responsibilities include planning executing events smoothly and within budget, effectively communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Working on strategy with the marketing team.
Requirements
GCSE - Above Grade 6 In English
(I)GCSE - Above Grade B in English
IB - Above grade 7 In English
DSE - Above Level 3
GPA - Above 3.0
